What media formats are supported?

Currently most audio and video formats are supported, from both your desktop or mobile phone.

Are there limitations on video?

To fascilitate faster streaming, we recommend uploading videos at 720p and roughly 1500kpbs. Videos with a higher bitrate than this may not stream properly from our systems.

Is my data private?

Yes. We take data privacy and security very seriously, find out more here

Where is my data stored?

Currently all transcription and multimedia data is stored on Amazon Web Services systems, primarily in the us-east-1 (North Virginia) region.
