This page explains how to permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it across the kiyânaw platform.

How to request deletion

Email support@kiyanaw.net from the email address associated with your account (or include your account details in the message) with the subject “Delete My Data”. We use your account email to verify the request.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete your account and all personal data associated with it.

Data retention

We permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request. We may retain a limited subset of data only where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
